Claims (1)
群の一端をそれぞれ各分岐コネクタに接続すると
共に、他端を一括して一つの集束コネクタに接続
するマルチハーネス用自動圧接機において、 圧接装置には前記分岐コネクタの供給位置と前
記集束コネクタの供給位置が設けられており、 前記分岐コネクタの供給位置にコネクタを供給
する第1の供給通路に沿つて往復運動する第1の
送りバーと、 前記第1の供給通路に、その移送方向に定間隔
をおいて複数の分岐コネクタを個別的に給送する
分岐コネクタ給送手段とを備え、 前記第1の送りバーは、給送されてきた複数の
分岐コネクタを分散状態のまま一括して係合保持
する長い凹欠部と、供給準備位置において互いに
隣接した状態にある複数の分岐コネクタを係合保
持する短い凹欠部とを有し、その前進時に、前記
短い凹欠部に係合保持した複数の分岐コネクタを
供給位置に移送すると同時に、前記長い凹欠部に
係合保持した複数の分岐コネクタを前記長い凹欠
部の後側面により順次押動し、互いに隣接した状
態にして前記供給準備位置まで移送し、かつ、そ
の後退時に前記分岐コネクタの係合保持を解除し
て元位置に戻ることを特徴とするマルチハーネス
用自動圧接機におけるコネクタ供給装置。 (2) 前記集束コネクタの供給位置にコネクタを
供給する第2の供給通路に沿つて往復運動する第
2の送りバーと、 前記第2の供給通路に集束コネクタを一つずつ
給送する集束コネクタ給送手段とを備え、 前記第2の送りバーは、給送位置にある集束コ
ネクタを係合保持する第1凹欠部と、供給準備位
置にある集束コネクタを係合保持する第2凹欠部
とを有し、その前進時に、前記第2凹欠部に係合
保持した集束コネクタを前記供給位置に移送する
と同時に、前記第1凹欠部に係合保持した集束コ
ネクタを前記供給準備位置に移送し、かつ、その
後退時に前記集束コネクタの係合保持を解除して
元位置に戻ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマ
