るための貨物自動車側送受信器と、前記貨物自動
車側受信器に接続された貨物自動車の施錠手段と
、前記施錠手段に接続され前記携帯用無線装置が
前記貨物自動車の送信エリア内にあるときは前記
貨物自動車側受信器が出力されることにより前記
施錠手段が解除され、送信エリア外に移動したと
きには前記貨物自動車側受信器が出力されなくな
ることにより前記施錠手段をロツク状態に制御す
る施錠制御手段と、前記携帯用無線装置を送信エ
リア外に移動させたときに前記携帯用無線装置側
受信器が出力されなくなることにより前記携帯用
無線装置側受信器に接続された報知手段により報
知を行わせる報知制御手段とを具備することを特
徴とする貨物自動車の積荷盗難防止装置。 (2) 貨物自動車から離れて携帯し、貨物自動車
との間に交信するための送受信器を備えた携帯用
無線装置と、この携帯用無線装置との間に交信す

ることにより前記施錠手段をロツク状態に制御す
る施錠制御手段と、前記施錠装置手段のロツク状
態を検知する前記貨物自動車側送信器に接続され
た施錠ロツク検出手段と、前記施錠ロツク検出手
段によりロツク時に前記貨物自動車側送信器から
送信を行いこの送信波が前記携帯用無線装置側受
信器で受信され出力されたときに前記携帯用無線
装置側受信器に接続された報知手段により報知を
行わせる報知制御手段とを具備することを特徴と
