Claims (1)
- ピストンの周面に形成した通孔を介して圧力室
をリザーバに連通させ、上記ピストンを圧力室の
内方へ移動し、該ピストンの上記通孔が環状シー
ルを通過することによつて上記圧力室と上記リザ
ーバとの連通を断ち、さらに上記ピストンを上記
圧力室の内方へ移動することによつて上記圧力室
内の流体を被作動器へ圧送する流体アクチユエー
タにおいて、上記環状シールのピストン摺動面の
一端部分に環状突出部を形成すると共に、その他
端部分に上記ピストンの外周方向に沿つて延びる
リツプ片部を形成し、かつ、上記リツプ片部に流
通溝を設けたことを特徴とする流体アクチユエー
タ。
