Claims (1)
- 基板中心部に該基板保持用の孔を有する円盤状
基板を成形加工するための金型であつて、該基板
の中心面を形成し且つ中心孔加工を行なうための
雌型部材を有し且つ該雌型部材の中心孔周囲に凸
部を有する金型において、前記雌型部材の該基板
中心面に相当する面と、前記凸部の接続する部分
がＲ形状であることを特徴とする円盤状基板成形
金型。
