Devices have been developed that apply electricity to water and separate it into alkaline ionized water and acidic ionized water. Alkaline ionized water exhibits excellent dissolving power and penetrating power, in addition to its softening and enriching properties. Acidic ionized water exhibits excellent cleaning, sterilizing, and bleaching properties. Acidic ionized water and alkaline ionized water are obtained by providing positive and negative electrodes in a water passage, and applying electricity to the water through the electrodes to electrolyze the water. Negative ions such as chlorine and sulfur contained in water are electrically attracted to the positive electrode. Positive ions such as calcium ions, sodium ions, magnesium ions, or potassium ions contained in water are attracted to the negative electrode. Therefore, the water discharged from the vicinity of the positive electrode becomes acidic ion water containing a large amount of negative ions, and the water discharged from the vicinity of the negative electrode becomes alkaline ion water containing a large amount of positive ions. This device ionizes calcium contained in water to create alkaline ionized water. When water contains a large amount of calcium, the concentration of calcium ions in alkaline ionized water can be increased. However, when the amount of calcium contained in water is small, the concentration of calcium ions in alkaline ion water decreases. To overcome this drawback, a device has been developed in which the water passage is filled with calcium salts (Jikkosho

In this device, calcium salt is placed in a water-permeable bag, and this bag is placed in a case and placed in a water passageway. This device electrolyzes and ionizes water in which calcium is dissolved, so it has the advantage of increasing the concentration of calcium ions contained in alkaline ionized water. However, the calcium ion concentration of alkaline ionized water fluctuates significantly depending on the conditions in which the water is used, and the drawback is that calcium is consumed in a short period of time. The reason why the calcium ion concentration fluctuates is that the calcium dissolution time in the water in the case differs. When water is not used for a long time, a large amount of calcium is dissolved in the water, and the first water used contains a high concentration of calcium ions. Moreover, since calcium is dissolved in water even when water is not discharged, calcium is continuously dissolved in water and consumed in a short period of time. This invention was developed with the aim of solving these drawbacks, and the important purpose of this invention is to:
To provide an electrolyzed ionized water generating device which can keep the calcium ion concentration of alkaline ionized water constant and can be used for a long period of time by effectively utilizing calcium. Another important object of this invention is to provide an electrolyzed ionized water generating device that can reduce scale generated in an electrolytic cell.

The electrolyzed ionized water generating device of this invention is used under the following conditions. Supply valve 4 is opened. Water passes through the supply valve 4 to the calcium dissolution tank 2
is flowing into the country. The water level in the calcium dissolution tank 2 rises. At this time, the air inside the calcium dissolution tank 2 is exhausted through the float valve 5. float valve 5
The valve is opened when the water level is low. When the calcium dissolution tank 2 is filled with water, the float 5A rises and closes the float valve 5. Therefore, water is not drained from the float valve 5 to the outside. When the calcium dissolution tank 2 is filled with water, water passes through the calcium dissolution tank 2 and flows into the electrolytic tank 1. Calcium is dissolved in the water flowing into the electrolytic cell 1 when it passes through the calcium dissolving tank 2. Calcium in the water in which calcium is dissolved is ionized at the negative electrode of the electrolytic cell 1. Alkaline ionized water and acidic ionized water are discharged from the ionized water drainage channel 6 of the electrolytic cell 1. In this state, ionized water is drained from the ionized water drainage channel 6. In the state where ionized water is drained, the supply valve 4 is held in an open state, and the supply valve 4 is kept open.
When the float valve 5 is opened and the ionized water is drained, the float valve 5 remains closed. To stop draining the ionized water, the supply valve 4 is closed. When the supply valve 4 is closed, the supply of water to the calcium dissolution tank 2 is stopped, the float 5A is lowered by its own weight, and the float valve 5 is opened. Therefore, water in the calcium dissolution tank 2 flows into the electrolytic tank 1, passes through the float valve 5, and air is supplied to the calcium dissolution tank 2. Therefore, the calcium agent 3 filled in the calcium dissolution tank 2 does not come into contact with water. Water flowing into the electrolytic cell 1 from the calcium dissolution tank 2 passes through an ionized water drainage channel 6 and is drained. Water accumulated in the electrolytic tank 1 is drained from the calcium dissolution tank 2. It is not good for all the water to be drained from the electrolytic cell 1. The reason for this is that the air adhering to the electrode 8 evaporates, increasing the scale concentration and adhering to the electrode. The electrode 8 must be immersed in water at all times. When scale adheres to the surface of the electrode 8, the electrical resistance of the surface increases, the current decreases, and the ion concentration decreases. In order to prevent the water accumulated in the electrolytic cell 1 from being drained, a check valve 7 is connected to the ionized water drainage channel 6. Without the check valve 7, all the water in the electrolytic cell 1 would be drained due to siphon action. However, in the electrolyzed ionized water generating device of this invention, since the check valve 7 is connected to the ionized water drainage channel 6, it is possible to prevent air from flowing into the electrolytic cell 1. This is because the check valve 7 supplies air to the middle of the ionized water drainage path 6 to prevent the ionized water drainage path 6 from siphoning. In this way, the electrolyzed ionized water generating device of this invention does not store water in the calcium dissolution tank when the ionized water is not drained. Therefore, the calcium agent is not dissolved in water in this state. Calcium is dissolved in the water passing through the calcium dissolution tank once the ionized water is drained. For this reason, the electrolyzed ionized water generating device of this invention does not drain extremely highly concentrated ionized water immediately after draining the ionized water, unlike conventional devices, and makes the calcium ion concentration uniform. It has the advantage of allowing calcium agents to be used effectively for a long period of time.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below based on the drawings. However, the embodiments shown below are illustrative of an electrolyzed ionized water generating device for embodying the technical idea of this invention, and the device of this invention does not differ in material, shape, structure, and arrangement of component parts. is not specific to the structure below. Various modifications may be made to the device of this invention within the scope of the claims for utility model registration. Furthermore, in order to make it easier to understand the scope of claims for utility model registration, this specification includes numbers corresponding to the members shown in the examples in the "column of claims for utility model registration",
and the members shown in the "Column of Means for Solving Conventional Problems". However, the members shown in the scope of the utility model registration claims are by no means limited to the members of the embodiments. The electrolytic ionized water generating device shown in FIG. 1 includes a supply valve 4, a filter 9, a calcium dissolution tank 2,
It includes an electrolytic cell 1, a check valve 7, and a power source 10. In the electrolyzed ionized water generating device shown in FIG. 1, water supplied from the tap passes through the supply valve 4 → filter 9 → calcium dissolution tank 2 → electrolytic tank 1, and is drained from the ionized water drainage channel 6. A water faucet can also be used as the supply valve 4. The inflow side of the calcium dissolution tank 2 is connected to the supply valve 4 via a filter 9. The discharge side of the calcium dissolution tank 2 is connected to the electrolytic tank 1. The calcium dissolution tank 2 has a built-in float valve 5 in the upper part of the casing. The casing has a structure in which the upper part can be opened and closed so that the calcium agent 3 can be filled inside. That is, the upper part of the casing is provided with an opening/closing lid 11 that can hermetically seal the casing and is detachable. The opening/closing lid 11 has a cylindrical outer circumference and a threaded inner surface. On the other hand, the casing main body 12 also has a cylindrical overall shape, and has a screw thread at its upper end, into which the opening/closing lid 11 is screwed and connected. As the calcium agent 3, calcium lactate, calcium glycerophosphate, calcium gluconate, etc. can be used. An air hole 13 is opened in the center of the opening/closing lid 11. The air hole 13 allows air to flow into the casing in a state in which the float 5A is lowered, and drains water from the calcium dissolution tank 2. The air hole 13 is opened and closed by a float valve 5. The float 5A is arranged vertically movably within the casing. float 5
A is floating on the water surface of the calcium dissolution tank 2.
Therefore, it rises and falls with the water surface. A valve body 5B that closes the air hole 13 protrudes from the center of the upper surface of the float 5A. The valve body 5B is provided at a position where it closes the air hole 13 when the float valve 5 rises. The valve body 5B has a tapered upper end surface, and the float 5A
When it rises, it is inserted into the air hole 13 and closes the air hole 13. The float 5A moves vertically in parallel within the casing body 12 while maintaining a horizontal posture. In order to maintain the float 5A in a horizontal position, the bottom of the float 5A is made flat or the outer shape is made somewhat smaller than the inner surface of the casing body 12.
Used as a guide to hold the surface horizontally. Although not shown, it is also possible to hold the float horizontally with a mechanism such as a link and move it vertically in parallel. The float valve 5 is initially opened when the supply valve 4 is opened.
The air in the calcium dissolution tank 2 is exhausted to the outside to raise the water level, and when the supply valve 4 is closed, air is supplied inside to lower the water level. That is, the float valve 5 operates under the following conditions. When the supply valve 4 is closed, the calcium dissolution tank 2 does not contain water but contains air. In this state, the float 5A is descending. Immediately after the supply valve 4 is opened, water has not yet accumulated in the calcium dissolution tank 2, so the float 5
A descends and opens the valve, water flows into the calcium dissolution tank 2, and air is exhausted. When water is supplied to the calcium dissolution tank 2 and the water level rises, the float 5A is
will also rise. As the water level rises, the valve body 5B of the float 5A is pressed against the air hole 13, and the float valve 5 is closed. When the float valve 5 is closed, the calcium dissolution tank 2 is hermetically sealed. Since the calcium dissolution tank 2 is sealed and water is further pressurized, the internal pressure of the calcium dissolution tank 2 increases. The internal pressure of the calcium dissolution tank 2 presses the valve body 5B even more strongly against the air hole 13. Valve body 5B
The force that presses the air hole 13 is the product of the internal pressure of the calcium dissolution tank 2 and the area of the air hole 13. For example, if the pressure inside the calcium dissolution tank 2 is 2.
kg/cm 2 and the diameter of the air hole 13 is 2 mm, the force with which the valve body 5B is pressed against the air hole 13 due to internal pressure is approximately
It will be 30g. In a state where pressurized water is supplied to the calcium dissolution tank 2, the float valve 5 maintains this state, and the water flowing into the calcium dissolution tank 2 is forced into the electrolytic tank 1. When the supply valve 4 is closed, pressurized water is no longer forced into the calcium dissolution tank 2. The float 5A descends slightly due to its own weight, and the valve body 5B
moves away from the air hole 13, and the float valve 5 opens. Outside air is drawn into the calcium dissolution tank 2, and water in the calcium dissolution tank 2 is drained through the electrolytic tank 1. Water flowing into the calcium dissolution tank 2 is filtered by a filter 9. The filter 9 filters the supplied tap water using a filtering material to remove malodorous components such as chlorine and foreign substances contained in the water. The filter 9 can be any material that can filter water clearly and remove odor components, such as activated carbon, porous natural stone, porous natural stone crushed and sintered into granules, etc. with excellent adsorption ability. Granules can be used. In the electrolytic cell 1, electricity is applied to water in which calcium is dissolved in the calcium dissolution tank 2, and the water is separated into alkaline ionized water containing calcium ions and acidic ionized water containing Myanas ions. The ionized water ionized in the electrolytic cell 1 is drained from the alkaline ionized water drainage channel 6A and the acidic ionized water drainage channel 6B. Electrode 8 of electrolytic cell 1 is connected to power source 10 . The electrolytic cell 1 includes a positive electrode 8 that obtains acidic ionized water from inflowing water, and a negative electrode 8 that obtains alkaline ionized water. In addition, electrolytic cell 1
are connected to an alkaline ionized water drainage channel 6A and an acidic ionized water drainage channel 6B, which discharge alkaline ionized water and acidic ionized water separated by the electrode 8. The negative electrode 8 is also used as a case. The case is made of a conductive, corrosion-resistant metal such as stainless steel, and is made in the shape of a cylindrical tank that is strong enough to withstand the pressure of tap water. The positive electrode 8 is formed in a cylindrical shape and is provided at the center of the case. Negative ions such as chlorine ions gather at the positive electrode 8 during electrolysis. For the positive electrode 8, a material with sufficient corrosion resistance against chlorine ions is used. For the positive electrode 8, for example, titanium whose surface is coated with iridium dioxide can be used. The positive electrode 8 has an insulated lower end and projects to the outside of the case. The support part of the positive electrode 8 of the case is
Non-conductive materials are used. The positive electrode 8 and the negative electrode 8 are connected to a DC power source 10. Output voltage of power supply 10,
That is, the voltage between both electrodes is determined in consideration of the flow rates of alkaline ionized water and acidic ionized water, the electrode area, and the required ion concentrations contained in the alkaline ionized water and acidic ionized water. Typically, the voltage between the electrodes is adjusted to a range of 20 to 100 volts. A porous plate 9 is disposed between the positive electrode 8 and the case, as shown by the chain line. The porous plate 9 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has a positive electrode 8 and a negative electrode 8.
This prevents acidic ionized water and alkaline ionized water, which are separated in the vicinity of the water, from mixing. An alkaline ion water drainage channel 6A is connected to the center of the plate material that closes the upper end of the perforated plate 9. The acidic ion water drainage channel 6B is opened at the upper end of the outer periphery of the case. Both alkaline ionized water and acidic ionized water flowing out of the electrolytic cell 1 are discharged at the same time. When only one type of ionized water is drained, the concentration of the other type of ionized water gradually increases. An alkaline ionized water drainage path 6A, which is the ionized water drainage path 6 of the electrolytic cell 1, and an acidic ionized water drainage path 6B.
A check valve 7 is connected to. The check valve 7 prevents water from being drained from the electrolytic cell 1 and air from flowing into it when the supply valve 4 is closed. This is to prevent the electrode 8 from coming into contact with air.
Further, the check valve 7 must not allow ionized water to pass therethrough and be drained. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the check valve 7 has one end open to the ionized water drain 6 and the other end open to the atmosphere. Further, the check valve 7 is connected in such a direction that water does not move from the ionized water drainage channel 6 to the atmosphere, but air flows from the atmosphere to the ionized water drainage channel 6. The check valve 7 is connected to the upper part of the ionized water drainage channel 6 at approximately the same level as the calcium dissolution tank 2 .
