別作業を省力化する為、現在使用されている回転
ローラー式の分離装置の改善提案に斯る。

せんとする装置である事は明白であるが、斯る回
転ローラー式の分離装置に在つては、該ローラー
の回転方向をば、選別仕分と云う目的の必要性か
ら、前記、成型製品やランナー等の所謂、成型品
等を巻揚げる方向に嫌でも回転せざるを得ない。
斯る事情に基き該ローラーの上死点近傍に、巻揚
げられた成型品等を払落す為に、セパレーターを
設けるのが常套手段とされて来たが、斯るセパレ
ーターと該ローラーとの間には、例えば螺旋状の
溝深さ亦は、突起螺旋条体リブ高さ等に等しい凹
或いは凸の隙間が生ずる事は避け得られない現象
の一つであつた。

に1個のドライブンローラーV・Rを、夫々相互
の間隙が極小値Minと成るべく、軸支させて構成
した成型製品、ランナー分離装置にして、尚、図
中のS・PはドライブンローラーV・Rの上死点
U・P近傍に巻揚げられた成型品等を払落す為の
セパレーター、Lは成型製品G,……とランナー
R,……とを選別仕分ける為にシヤーシC内のド
ライブローラーD・Rに相対し且つ一定間隔Kに
て設けられた隙間調整板を示して居り、又矢印
R・IはドライブローラーD・Rのa点に於ける
捲込みベクトル、R・Oはドライブンローラー
V・Rの下死点bに於けるローリングアウト・ベ
クトルを夫々表わしている。
