- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被成形厚紙Ｐが通過すべき基準平面５において
対向又は当接する各上下一対の押えローラ３ｎの
複数組で構成される押えローラ列４と、 該押えローラ列の外側に沿つて該厚紙の走行方
向に延在し、該基準平面を通過する該厚紙の端部
の折返し線位置内側部分を摺接担持するテーブル
面を具えたガイドレール６と、 該ガイドレールのテーブル上を通過する該厚紙
の上から、該テーブルの自由端に対して間接的に
、それぞれ当接する複数個の折曲げローラ７ｎと
からなり、 該折曲げローラはそれぞれ、大略、鍔フランジ
部７ｎａと、該鍔フランジ部に対して同軸上に底
面で結合した円錐台ドラム部７ｎｂとからなる形
状であり、該複数個の折曲げローラの該テーブル
自由端に対する配列が、該厚紙の走行方向に対し
て、各該鍔フランジ部平面に対する円錐台ドラム
部斜面のなす角度αが鈍角であるものから鋭角の
ものへと次第に変化するようになつているもので
あることを特徴とする 厚紙端部の折曲げ加工装置。
