  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多数の凸部を有する導電性フイルム１と、
    電気絶縁性フイルムと導電性フイルムとが積層さ
    れた平滑な積層フイルム３とで構成され、積層フ
    イルム３の電気絶縁性フイルム側と多数の凸部を
    有する導電性フイルム１とを貼着して得られる多
    数の独立気泡を有する導電性緩衝材。 (2) 導電性フイルムが、カーボン練込フイルム
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の導電
    性緩衝材。 (3) 導電性フイルムが金属蒸着フイルムである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の導電性緩衝
    材。 (4) 導電性フイルムが銅イオン拡散繊維分散フ
    イルム又は銅被覆繊維分散フイルム又はカーボン
    繊維分散フイルムである実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の導電性緩衝材。
