Claims (1)
に応答して寸法歪を発生する棒状の圧電素子と、
前記第1の電極に接続して前記圧電素子の一方の
端面に層状に形成した第1の電極面と、前記第2
の電極に接続して前記圧電素子の他方の端面に層
状に形成した第2の電極面とをおのおの有する第
1および第2の圧電体と、一方の板面に前記第1
の圧電体の前記第1の電極面を固着し且つ他方の
板面に前記第2の圧電体の前記第1の電極面を固
着してあり前記駆動電圧の一端を導くための金属
板の接続部材と、前記第1および第2の圧電体の
前記第2の電極面をそれぞれ所定箇所に固着して
あり前記駆動電圧の他端を導き且つ前記第1およ
び第2の圧電体が発生する前記寸法歪を伝達して
所定向きの変位を発生するための金属の変位伝達
部材とを備えた圧電アクチユエータにおいて、第
1、第2の前記圧電素子は変位発生方向に垂直な
断面の面積が異なることを特徴とする圧電アクチ
