    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも一部がＵ字状に屈曲された放熱基板
    を有するサーマルヘツドと、複数本のヒートパイ
    プが埋設されて前記サーマルヘツドの前記放熱基
    板の背面の略全面に接合された放熱板とよりなる
    ことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド冷却装置。
