Claims (1)
の分離筒を、流入口と吐出口との間に並列して接
続し、該各分離筒が、該分離筒に分離すべき1種
または2種以上のガスの混入した混入ガスを前記
流入口から高圧で供給してそのガスを前記分離剤
に吸着または吸収させることにより分離した処理
済みガスを前記吐出口から吐出する分離工程と、
該分離筒内のガスを外部に排出して該分離筒内を
低圧とする排気工程と、該分離筒内に分離工程に
ある他の前記分離筒からの処理済みガスの一部を
絞り機構を介して減圧して供給して前記分離剤に
吸着または吸収されていたガスを該分離剤から取
り去つて放出する再生工程と、該分離筒内に分離
工程にある他の前記分離筒から処理済みガスの一
部を絞り機構を介して充填して該分離筒内を高圧
とする充填工程とを、一定のタイムチヤートに基
づいて順次に繰り返して行うようにした混合ガス
分離装置において、 前記各分離筒、前記流入口及び前記吐出口等の
予め定めた検出箇所において、圧力、流量等の所
定の制御要素を各別に検出する検出手段と、 前記各検出箇所における前記制御要素の適正値
を、前記タイムチヤートと関連して記憶する記憶
手段と、 前記タイムチヤートの予め定めたステツプにお
いて、所定の前記検出箇所の前記制御要素の前記
適正値を前記記憶手段から呼び出すとともに、該
検出箇所の実際の検出値を前記検出手段から入力
させて前記適正値と比較する比較手段と、 該比較手段の比較結果が不一致の場合に異常を
検知する異常検知手段と、 該異常検知手段が異常を検知したときにそれを
