バー７の中間部を横断枢軸８によつて軸受板３に
枢着し、回転ラツチ板５に固定枠体９の受金１０
が係脱する切欠１１を周面より半径方向に設け、
該切欠１１の前側縁面１１ａを後側縁面１１ｂよ
りも長く形成し、該切欠１１と受金１０の係合状
態において前記ロツクレバー７の係止板部１２が
係合する係止突起１３を、該切欠１１とは反対側
の部位において回転ラツチ板１５の周縁部に設け
、該切欠１１と受金１０の離脱状態において前記
停止ピン６が係合する回転止め突起１４を、該切
欠１１と係止突起１３の間の部位において回転ラ
ツチ板５の周縁部に設け、軸受板３と回転ラツチ
板５の間に挿入したバネ１５によつて回転ラツチ
