<産業上の利用分野> 本発明はマツ属(pinus)の種子から抽出によ
り得られる油脂を化粧品原料として配合すること
を特徴とする化粧料に関する。 <従来の技術> 従来リノール酸を多く含む油脂は酸化安定性が
悪いため、化粧品原料としてはほとんど利用され
ず、通常オリーブ油や椿油のようにオレイン酸含
有量の多い油が使用されてきた。 またマツの種子は殻をとり除き、そのままある
いはいつて食用として用いるか菓子あるいは料理
の材料として用いる程度であり、より高度の利用
法の開発が待たれていた。 <発明が解決しようとする問題点> 本発明者らはリノール酸を多量に含む油脂を原
料として性状の優れた化粧料を得るため種々検討
を行つた結果マツの種子から抽出した油脂が、リ
ノール酸及び特異成分として5,9,12−
octadecatrienoic acidを含みかつ性状の優れた
化粧料が得られることを見い出し本発明を完成し
た。 <問題点を解決するための手段> 本発明はマツの種子から得られる油脂を含有す
ることを特徴とする化粧料である。 以下に本発明を説明する。 マツの種子は、油分40〜70%、水分1〜7%で
あり、油分が多い。 油脂の抽出には、エーテル、石油エーテル、ヘ
キサン、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、クロロ
ホルム、ジクロロエタンなどの溶剤が使用できる
が油脂を抽出できる溶剤であれば何でもよい。得
られた抽出原油の色は薄く活性白土、活性炭を用
いる通常の脱色方法で容易に淡色な油を得ること
ができる。 この油脂は、他の植物ではほとんど含まれてい
ない5,9,12−octadecatrienoic acidを含む
のが特徴であり、一般の油脂のように油つぽさが
なく手についてもサラサラとしており浸透性がす
ぐれている。この油脂を用いた化粧料は皮膚上で
の伸びが良く皮膚にたいへんなめらかに吸収され
るため使用感がすぐれており皮膚上に均質な皮膜
を形成し皮膚刺激も認められずビタミンEも含む
ため皮膚への栄養補給にも役立つすぐれた性状を
有する。 製造例 マツ種子油の製造 マツの種子100Kgを粉砕し、n−ヘキサンで抽
出後脱溶剤して黄色のマツ種子原油62.5Kgを得
た。次に常法の脱ガム、アルカリ脱酸、白土活性
炭による脱色、水蒸気脱臭により精製マツ種子油
56.5Kgを得た。 表−1にマツ種子原油および精製油の性状をしめ
す。

保つ。他の成分を混合し、加熱溶解し、70℃とす
る。この油層部を前述の水層部に加え予備乳化を
行い、ホモミキサーで均一に乳化し熱交換器によ
