Conventionally, this supply method used pipe transport, in which the chemical liquid was transported after the muddy water that preceded it, resulting in a so-called multiphase fluid, but recently, a method has been adopted in which a capsule filled with the chemical liquid is introduced. I'm getting used to it.

The present applicant has also proposed various capsules.
An example of this will be introduced based on Figure 2 a and b.

In the figure, 14 is a cylindrical body with a tapered lower end serving as a container for loading water prevention chemical solution, and is made of glass, ceramic, etc.
It is a bottomed body having a bottom plate 15 made of an easily broken material such as reinforced cloth. The cylinder wall contains lead or the like to prevent buoyancy from occurring when the capsule comes into contact with the water surface inside the hole.

The bottom plate 15 is assembled separately from the cylindrical body 14, and is inserted into the stepped inner diameter portion formed at the lower end of the cylindrical body 14, and then pressed and locked.
It is removably assembled by fastening and crimping a short cylindrical screw fastener 16 which is internally screwed onto the inner diameter step enlarged part.

Above the bottom plate 15, there is a weight 1 with wings 17a for breaking the bottom plate that produces a falling impact as a breaking means.
7 is suspended by a hanging string 18 at a position where a predetermined fall distance is secured. In the illustrated example, the hanging cord 18
passes through the cutting table 20 and has its base end fixed to the upper surface of the cutting table 20. Dimensionally, the weight 17 loosely fits its tip into the short cylindrical body 16 and the wings 17a.

However, due to the twisting of the wire line 19, the core shaft 20b that is integrated with the wire line 19 rotates;
The rotational movement is caused by the cutting table 2 by the bearing 20a.
The rotation of the cutting table 20 does not occur because the rotation is not transmitted to the cutting table 20 main body. The hanging band 2 is suspended from the main body of the cutting table 20.

That is, when the wire line 19 is wound and unwound with a winch during capsule insertion work, twist occurs in the wire line 19, and if the above-mentioned bearing 20a is not present, the capsule will rotate within the hole due to the twist. However, when the capsule rotates in this way, the chemical liquid is stirred, and in the case of isocyanate-based chemical liquids, the reaction is accelerated.
It becomes difficult to set the gel time, etc., and it may become impossible to stop the water at a certain point. Also, it may cause bending at the same time as twisting, which may cause kinking.
The weight 17 becomes entangled with the hanging string 18 that hangs it, and the weight 17 does not fall even if the hanging string 18 is cut by using the messenger gear 22 (described later), and the bottom plate 15 is destroyed and the chemical solution is removed. Although this may cause a situation in which no release occurs, this inconvenience is eliminated.

Moreover, as a result of this, the cylinder 14 is suspended with the hands spread out, and the cutting table 20 and the cylinder 14 are heavy.
This allows for a smaller distance between the two planes, ensuring stability during descent.

As described above, the cylindrical body is not rotated due to twisting of the wire line, the chemical solution is not stirred, and the bottom plate breaking weight does not fall due to the entanglement of the hanging string, and the chemical solution can be supplied quickly. I can do it.

The length of the cylindrical body 14 mentioned above is about 4 to 5 m, and the mechanism for hanging it occupies about 0.5 to 1 m, and the water stop chemical solution mentioned above usually takes about 4 to 5 m to reach a predetermined depth of the capsule. Gel time is set accordingly.

``Problem to be solved by the invention'' However, since the capsule is a long object as mentioned above, the weight 17 must fall through a large predetermined fall distance, but if the specific gravity of the medicinal solution is up to about 1.5. The destruction of the bottom plate 15 is achieved without any problem, but in the case of a high specific gravity chemical solution with a specific gravity of 1.5 or more, or a chemical solution with a high specific gravity mixed with cement, etc., the specified gravity can be achieved due to the large buoyancy and sinking resistance. The weight 17 hits the bottom plate 1 with a destructive impact of
5 may not be reached, and a situation may occur in which chemical solution dispersion cannot be expected.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to reliably reduce the destructive impact power of the weights to the bottom plate even when high-density chemical liquids are sealed. The purpose of this invention is to provide a capsule for transporting drug solutions that can be delivered up to.

"Means for Solving the Problems" In order to achieve the above object, the capsule of the present invention has a bottom plate made of easily broken material crimped to the narrow inner diameter portion of the lower end, and is cut from a cutting table at the tip of the wire line via a hanging band. In a cylinder as a container for loading a chemical solution to prevent water loss, the cylinder is suspended from the cutting table, and a block-shaped transmission weight is attached to the upper part of the cylinder. A breaking weight consisting of a long rod having a wedge portion and a wing that locks against the narrow inner diameter portion at the lower end and having the transmission weight receiving stand at the base end is placed in the cylinder on the bottom plate. It is made by charging in such a manner as to.

Due to this action, the breaking weight that presses the tip wedge portion against the bottom plate breaks the bottom plate and stops with the blade locked in the narrow inner diameter portion at the lower end of the cylinder.

The above operation can be carried out reliably even in the case of a high specific gravity chemical because the tip of the long breaking weight has already reached the bottom plate.
