Most of the buildings are made into units, and the main frame members such as pillars, eaves, vertical frames, and horizontal frames are made of aluminum,
Alternatively, drawn materials having a certain cross-sectional shape made of steel are used, and these are connected and assembled using a relatively simple connection method.

The above-mentioned sunrooms and extension rooms are relatively simple constructions and structures, and are expected to increase in the future in Japan. The method is
Not only does this weaken the strength of the support column, but also the connection parts become loose due to various reasons during long-term use, and as a result, there is a high risk that gaps and water leaks will occur in various parts.

In order to achieve the above object, the eave connecting structure of this invention is formed of a cylindrical elongated body with a substantially square cross section obtained by connecting the front side plate and the rear side plate to the upper plate and the lower plate, and The board slopes downward toward the front side plate to form a downward bent edge, and a horizontal protruding edge provided in the middle of the bent edge is integrally connected to the front side plate and opens upward. A plate-shaped body is bent at right angles to form two plate parts at both ends of the eaves, which is formed by forming grooves with a constant gap between them, and an engagement groove with a constant gap that opens downward on the lower back side of the groove. The structure is connected to opposing surfaces of a pair of parallel pillars by a pair of connecting metal fittings, and one plate part of the connecting metal fittings has a shape that can be fitted into the open end of the eaves. The other plate part is shaped so that it can be fitted along the inner surface of the front side plate of the eave, and when fitted into the eave, the one plate part A notch of a predetermined width formed downward from the upper edge along the bent edge of the eaves supports the bent edge of the eaves, and a bolt hole for connecting the eaves provided in the other plate The other plate part is bolted to the front side plate of the eave using a fixing nut provided on the plate surface facing the rear side plate direction of the bolt hole.

The eave connecting structure of this invention consists of two plate parts bent at right angles to the opposing faces of a pair of parallel supports. One plate part of the fitting is fixed with bolts, and the other plate part is fixed with bolts. When the plate part is inserted into the open end of the eave eaves made of a long cylindrical body with a substantially square cross section and bolted to the front side plate of the eaves, the upper plate that makes up the eaves is attached. Insert the end of the bent edge into the notch formed in one plate of the connecting fitting and engage it, and fit the upper edge of the other plate into the engagement groove formed in the eaves. By fixing with bolts, the pillar and the eaves can be reliably connected without loosening or rattling.

The eaves connection structure of this invention cleverly and easily connects a square cross-section support and an oddly shaped eave with the same square cross section using a connection fitting made of a pair of plates bent at right angles. This method is superior in that it can be easily connected without reducing the strength of the pillars or eaves, compared to the conventional connection method in which the ends of the eaves are inserted and fixed into the notched holes formed in the pillars. It is something.

The structure is connected to the opposing surfaces of a pair of square pillars standing side by side by a pair of connecting metal fittings, one plate part of the connecting metal fittings having a shape that can be fitted into the opening end of the eaves. The plate is bolted to the opposite side of the square support, and the other plate is
A notch of a predetermined width formed in a shape that can be fitted along the inner surface of the front side plate of the eaves, and formed downward from the upper edge along the bent edge of the one plate part when inserted into the eaves. The bent edge of the eave is supported by the other plate, and the bolt hole for connecting the eaves provided in the other plate part and a fixing nut provided in the plate surface facing the rear side plate of this bolt hole are used to connect the eave to the other plate. An eave connecting structure characterized by bolting the plate part of the eave to the front side plate of the eave.
