(Prior art) There are various methods used to construct conventional floors. For example, one method that takes sound insulation and heat insulation into consideration is to install wood or wood wool boards on the floor base surface such as slab concrete. There are methods such as constructing a floor, laying a foamed plastic board or hard glass fiber board with soundproofing and heat insulation functions on top of it, and then attaching a floor covering material such as felt, jersey, or tatami on top of that. In addition, when it is necessary to install piping or wiring under the floor, a construction method is generally adopted in which a suspended ceiling is provided below the floor base, such as slab concrete, and the piping and wiring are installed between the suspended ceiling and the floor base.

However, these conventional construction methods have disadvantages in that not only are the materials used such as wood and wood wool boards relatively expensive, but the construction methods are also labor-intensive and high in terms of labor costs.

The building block of the present invention will be explained using the term "building block" because it is a block particularly useful for constructing floors as mentioned above, but it can also be used for paving or civil engineering, for example, to prevent water puddles caused by rain. It can also be used for paving roads that are prone to this. Therefore, the term "architectural blocks" as used herein includes blocks for paving and civil engineering.

An upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2, which is shorter in length than the upper plate, are arranged parallel to each other. When building the floor,
Usually, the block of the present invention is laid with the lower plate 2 in direct or indirect contact with the floor base surface, and the upper plate 1 is used as the floor surface, so in order to ensure the flatness of the floor surface, the upper plate 1
It is necessary that the lower plate 2 and the lower plate 2 are arranged in parallel.
Another feature is that the lower plate 2 is shorter in length than the upper plate 1. This is because one of the main purposes of the present invention is to facilitate piping, and the diameter of the pipe that can be piped is made as large as possible. That is, when the blocks of the present invention are laid on the floor base surface, a space is created between the bottom plate of adjacent blocks and the floor base. When piping is installed in this space, since the lower surface is the floor base surface rather than the upper surface of the lower plate of the block, it is possible to install piping with a larger diameter by the thickness of the lower plate of the block. As described above, in the present invention, the length of the lower plate 2 is shorter than that of the upper plate 1 in order to ensure a large pipe diameter for piping. Therefore, the length of the lower plate 2 relative to the upper plate 1 may be short enough to achieve the above purpose. The positional relationship between the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2 is usually such that the centers of the upper and lower plates are substantially aligned, as shown in FIG.
However, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, one typical mode of the block used in the present invention is that the centers of the upper and lower plates are not located at the same position, and in such cases, the upper and lower plates are usually The plates are configured so that one end of the plate is in the same position.

Further, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, a plurality of upper and lower plates are usually connected by two legs 3', 3''.
In the case of a book, it is preferable to provide the legs 3', 3'' at or near the end of the lower plate 2 in terms of the mechanical strength of the block. The upper plate 1, the lower plate 2, and the legs 3 ', 3'' form a space using them as a peripheral wall, and this space can also be used for wiring of relatively small diameter pipes, such as gas pipes, or electrical cords.

Furthermore, in order to facilitate piping in the same direction as the length of the block, the plate-shaped legs 3', 3'' are arranged at right angles to the length of the block, as shown in FIG. Preferably, at least one end of the plate-shaped legs 3', 3'' is notched in a concave shape. With this configuration, the concave notches of the plate-like legs of the blocks adjacent in the longitudinal direction and the direction perpendicular to each other are combined to form the hole. Using this hole, piping and wiring can be easily installed in the length direction of the block.

In the block used in the present invention, the upper and lower plates are thus separated by the legs to form a space, and this space not only secures space for piping and wiring, but also has a heat insulating effect. That is, in recent years, in condominiums and large buildings, heating and cooling have been controlled for each floor, but in such cases, insulation between the upper and lower floors has become a problem, and the blocks used in the present invention are useful in this respect as well. It is.

Therefore, the height of the leg portion in the present invention may be appropriately determined in consideration of these pipe diameters and the required heat insulation effect. Further, the legs are not limited to plate shapes, and one preferable embodiment is to use legs that widen upwardly as shown in FIG. 3, for example, in order to increase the load capacity of the upper plate in the vertical direction.

Further, the upper and lower plates are generally rectangular, but may be square or other shapes depending on the case. Further, the upper and lower plates only need to be substantially plate-shaped; for example, a cutout or a hole may be provided in a part of the lower plate, and some irregularities such as a pattern may be present on the surface of the upper plate.

The block used in the present invention has a substantially plate-like lower plate with a plurality of legs connected to each other, so the legs are hardly damaged and have excellent mechanical strength. This is one of its characteristics.

The present invention uses the above-mentioned building blocks to be laid on the base surface of a rough concrete floor of a building, etc., mortar or concrete is cast in-situ on the upper plate of the block, and then the floor is placed on the cast-in-place mortar or concrete. This is a construction method in which the floor is constructed by attaching exterior materials.

When laying the block according to the present invention, piping and wiring such as water pipes 7, gas pipes 8, and electric cords 9 are carried out as appropriate. Mortar or concrete is then poured in-situ onto the top plate of the block according to the invention. This fixes the block and provides good positional stability. It is desirable to reinforce the cast-in-place mortar or concrete by appropriately arranging mesh-shaped, net-shaped, or lattice-shaped reinforcing bars.

In addition, in order to improve the levelness of the finished floor surface, it is also possible to level the surface by applying mortar that is highly active and has a self-leveling function after pouring the above-mentioned ordinary mortar or concrete on-site. .
