In recent years, walls and partitions have been made using panels that have been pre-formed in factories, etc.
At the site, a construction method has been adopted in which the framework is formed by simply butting and joining these panels together.

The load due to the weight of the beam 9 is received by the metal fittings 12 of the beam support, through the reinforcing plywood 10 of the beam support, and by the inorganic surface material 7b at the bottom thereof. For this reason, not only is it not possible to obtain sufficient bonding strength, but the inorganic surface material 7b is likely to buckle.
There is a problem with poor durability.

In a small wall panel in which a rectangular joint plate along the upper side is pasted to at least the upper end of the end face in the thin part of the plywood, the joint plate is fitted, thereby forming the inorganic panel pasted with the inorganic surface material. and the small wall panel, or a reinforcing plywood is fitted into the thin part of the plywood attached to the inorganic face material-attached panel, and the beam holder is attached to the reinforcing plywood, The solution is that the beam support is made by connecting the inorganic facing panel and the beam by passing the beam through metal fittings.

きる。According to the joint structure of a small wall and a beam using an inorganic panel pasted with an inorganic panel of the present invention, the inorganic panel is pasted with plywood having a thin wall portion as described above along its upper edge. Therefore, if desired, a joint plate affixed to the end face of the small wall panel may be fitted into the thin part of the plywood, or a reinforcing plywood may be fitted to the beam support. By attaching beams to the panels, it is possible to obtain either the desired small wall joint structure or beam joint structure using inorganic paneling panels with common specifications, and it is possible to standardize the panels. .

Therefore, it is possible to prevent excessive external force from being directly applied to the inorganic surface material, and to avoid buckling of the inorganic surface material.

The load due to the weight of the plywood 23 is received by the thick portion 23a of the plywood 23 at the bottom of the stepped surface 23c. Therefore, the bonding strength between the two parts 20 and 26 is sufficiently high, making it unnecessary to use half-split materials as in the past. Therefore, by reducing the types of parts and reducing costs,
Construction work can be simplified. In addition, since the inorganic facing material 22 does not directly receive the load due to the weight of the small wall panel 26, the inorganic facing material 22 does not buckle, break, or crack. 20 is designed to withstand long-term use.

The beam holder is fixed to a reinforcing plywood 32, and the beam holder is fixed to a frame 34 via metal fittings 33. In other words, the reinforcing plywood 32 of the beam support is joined in such a manner that its lower end surface is in contact with and locked against the stepped surface 23c of the plywood 23 of the inorganic facing panel 20. Therefore, the load due to the weight of the girder 34 is received by the reinforcing plywood 32 through the metal fittings 33, and further by the stepped surface 23 of the plywood 23.
c, and is received by the lower thick portion 23a. Therefore, since the inorganic surface material 22 does not directly receive the load due to the weight of the rice cake 34, the inorganic surface material 22 does not buckle, break, or crack. This inorganic facing material-attached panel 20 can withstand long-term use.

Since they have the same configuration, the inorganic panel 20 is also connected to the small wall panel 26 using the beam 3.
4 can also be used with the same specifications, making it possible to standardize the panels. Therefore, it is possible to form the desired frame with fewer types of panels and members,
Various effects can be expected, such as cost reduction, simplification of work, and shortening of construction period.

Since it is constructed by pasting plywood, a joint plate pasted to the end face of the small wall panel may be fitted into the thin part of the plywood as desired, or reinforcing plywood may be fitted to the beam support. By fitting and attaching a beam to this, it is possible to obtain either the desired small wall joint structure or beam joint structure using inorganic paneling panels with common specifications. In other words, it is possible to use common panels, form a desired frame with fewer types of panels and members, and expect various effects such as cost reduction, simplification of work, and shortening of construction period.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent excessive external force from being directly applied to the inorganic surface material, and to avoid buckling of the inorganic surface material. For this reason, the inorganic facing material-attached panel has improved durability and can withstand long-term use.

It becomes possible to form the desired frame with just a few steps. Therefore, on-site construction of interior finishing can be omitted, simplifying the work and saving labor.
