Abstract

PURPOSE:To save the work and shorten the construction period of a builtup gable roof structure by joining a first end wall panel to a portion defined by support panels provided in front of and behind a gable roof and top panels, and joining a second end wall panel to each of eaves portions located in front of and behind the gable roof. CONSTITUTION:Two support panels 1, 1 are each extended in the longitudinal direction of a roof and erected while in a spaced opposite relation to each other and a plurality of top panels 2 are arranged in parallel and hanged between the respective upper ends of the support panels 1, 1. Eaves panels 3 are joined together correspondingly to the inclination of the right and left roof panels 6, 6 of each top panel 2 to form an eaves portion and openings provided in front of and behind the gable roof are covered by a first end wall panel 4 and a second end wall panel 5, respectively. The roof provided with a roof surface having downward pitches on the right and left sides of a large ridge portion is thus constructed.

There are various roof shapes mentioned above, among which:
For example, when assembling a gable roof for a prefabricated house,
At the construction site, multiple rafters, etc. are installed vertically and horizontally on the ceilings of the first and second floors to form a roof frame, and on top of this roof frame, multiple roof panels are laid at an angle and lined up. A method of constructing a roof is by joining panels and roof frames and also joining roof panels arranged side by side.

As can be easily understood from the above description, according to this embodiment, the two support panels 1, 1 are constructed in such a manner that they extend in the front-rear direction of the roof and are arranged facing each other with an interval between them. A plurality of top panels 2 are arranged in parallel on the upper ends of these support panels 1.1 and spanned, and the eave edge panels 3 are joined in accordance with the slopes of the left and right roof panels 6.6 of the top panel 2 to form the eave edge portion. By forming a gable roof and covering the front and rear openings of the gable roof with a first gable wall panel and a second gable wall panel, constructing a roof with a roof surface having a downward slope on the left and right sides of the main ridge. I can do it. Therefore, roof construction can be carried out safely and efficiently by eliminating the need to form roof frames as in the past and reducing the number of processes at high places. This results in labor savings on site work, thereby shortening the construction period. This makes it possible to reduce costs.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, at least two support panels are constructed so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the roof and are arranged facing each other with a gap between them. A plurality of top panels formed by integrating two roof panels into a Yamabushi are placed side by side between the tops of the roof panels with their top ends butted against each other, and the eaves panel is connected to the roof panels on the left and right of the top panel. The first gable wall panel and the second gable wall panel are connected to the upper part of the support panel in a state where they butt against the end of the roof panel in accordance with the inclination of As a result, a gable roof with a downward slope is constructed on the left and right sides of the main ridge, which reduces the number of steps at high places and allows roof construction to be carried out safely and efficiently, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing costs. can be achieved.
