Claims (1)
根3により媒質を攪拌分散せしめるサンドミルに
おいて、ベセル1内に固定したステーター2と、
該ステーターに対向して攪拌軸6に同芯に攪拌羽
根3と共に回転するごとく付設したローター4と
の間隙δに、分散された媒質と分散媒体との混合
物を通過させることにより、媒質と媒体とを分離
するごとく配設された媒質分離装置であつて、ス
テーター2とローター4との間隙δの重なり幅L
をL≦1.5mmに、間隙δをδ≦0.2mmに形成
し、媒体として少くとも0.7mm以下の小径ビー
ズ5を使用するようにしたことを特徴とするサン
ドミルにおける媒体分離装置。 2 ステーター2とローター4との間隙δに接す
る部分の材質が、それぞれ超硬合金乃至セラミツ
クで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記
