た内燃機関の排気浄化装置において、前記トラツ
プフイルタ装置の上流側に排気ブレーキシヤツタ
を配置し、該排気ブレーキシヤツタ上流側の排気
通路から分岐する分岐通路を設け、該分岐通路に
通路開閉弁を介装する一方、排気ブレーキ解除信
号が発生してから所定時間経過後に前記排気ブレ
ーキシヤツタを開弁制御すると共に前記所定時間
の間前記通路開閉弁を開弁制御する制御手段を設
