Claims (1)
- 真空系樹脂タンクに接続される歯車ポンプの軸
部に外装されたスリーブに対しハウジングに設け
られたシールリングが臨まされている歯車ポンプ
の軸封部構造において、メネジが内側に刻設され
て筒状のガイドリングが上記シールリングに対し
て設けられ、該ガイドリングに進退自在な筒状の
パツキンケースが上記スリーブに対するグランド
パツキンを内側に設けられると共に上記ガイドリ
ングのメネジに螺合するオネジを外側に刻設され
ていることを特徴とする歯車ポンプの軸封部構造
。
