- 極低温における熱収縮率の異なる材料からなる
２つの筒体を接合した接続部において、前記２つ
の筒体の接合面に、一方の筒体から他方の筒体へ
向かつて縮径および拡径する２つのテーパ面を形
成し、この２つのテーパ面を接着剤で接合したこ
とを特徴とする極低温用筒体の接続部。
