上記目的を達成するため本考案の特徴は、軸体

成されたところにあり、この軸体はカツター刃が
挿入可能な割溝とこの割溝まで到達するネジ孔が
形成してあるものであり、上記キヤツプの前壁に
は上記カツター刃が挿通可能な開口部が設けら
れ、このキヤツプの側壁には上記ネジ孔に対向可
能な孔部が形成してあり、止めネジは上記軸部の
ネジ孔に螺入して上記カツター刃を固定し同時に
上記キヤツプの離脱を防止するようになつている
