よつて形成された、厚さ寸法３μｍないし７μｍ
の耐チツピング塗膜と、 上記耐チツピング塗膜を覆つているポリオール
樹脂系の、厚さ寸法２０μｍないし４５μｍの高
弾性塗膜と、 よりなることを特徴とする、車両用外装品の塗膜
