【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、電線を配線する際に電柱を迂回する
用具として使用される、クランプの改良構造に関

ランプは配線更新工事等に際してしばしば再使用
することがあるが、老化したものは再使用出来な
い問題がある。

本考案の電線締付用クランプは、クランプの固

埋設させる二又状部とからなる補強芯材を形成し
て、該補強芯材をクランプの成型時に合成樹脂に
インサートして一体に形成するものである。

〔実施例〕
以下に本考案の一実施例を図面と共に説明す
る。クランプ本体1は長方形をなす二枚の中央水

の電線巻回軸部3,3,4,4及び5,5を一対
に突設し、これらの各電線巻回軸部は夫々一対ご
とに互いに反対向きに疵部6,6,7,7及び
8,8を設けて電線巻回軸部3,3,4,4及び
5,5に電線巻回溝部9,9,10,10及び1
1,11を形成する。12はクランプ本体1の一
側に突設した固定軸部であり、その周面にねじ部
13を設けると共に、該ねじ部13の電線巻回軸
部3,3寄りの上下両面を平坦状に切除して切欠
部14,14とし、さらに固定軸部12には取付
金具15を挿通するための貫通孔16を水平状に
穿設している。17はねじ部13に螺合する締付
ナツトであり、外径寸法を電線巻回軸部3,3の
疵部6,6間に侵入し得る直径とすると共に、締
付面には円周方向へ一定間隔で波形の凹凸面18

中央水平板2,2間の中央に埋設させる直杆部2
1と、終端の電線巻回軸部5,5の上下に跨がせ
て埋設させる二又状部22とからなり、一般構造
用圧延鋼材No.SS34の線径3.2m/mの線材を使用
し、その表面に亜鉛メツキしたものを二つ折り状
にして、先ず楕円環部20を成形してこれに続い
て線材を引揃えて直杆部21とし、直杆部21の
終端で線材を一本ずつ上下方向に直角に折曲げ、
約120°の開角度を持つ二又状部22を形成し、さ
らに二又状部22に約120°に開角させた補強線材
23を並列させ、スポツト溶接して合体させる。
また、直杆部21も適宜個所でスポツト溶接して
二本の線材を合体させる。なお、24は補強芯材
19の成型金型(図示せず)に装着して固定させ
るための固定具であり、クランプと同じ樹脂を使
