Claims (1)
- 第１液体冷媒が移動する主回路に配置され発熱
体から熱を受けるコールドプレートと、このコー
ルドプレートに接続されかつ前記主回路に配置さ
れ第１液体冷媒と外気を熱交換する外部熱交換器
と、この外部熱交換器および前記コールドプレー
トに並列に接続され第２液体冷媒を貯蔵するタン
クとを備え、このタンクおよび前記外部熱交換器
を含む補助回路を前記主回路に付設したことを特
徴とする冷却装置。
