Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸にワツシヤを取付けるためのワツシヤ取付装
置であつて、 ワツシヤを吸着保持する吸着ヘツドと、該吸着
ヘツドを駆動する駆動シリンダとを具備し、 該吸着ヘツドは、中空の外筒部材と該外筒部材
の内部に長手方向に移動可能に挿設された棒状部
材とからなり、さらに該外筒部材に対する該棒状
部材の移動範囲を調節自在に規定する停止手段を
備え、作動時には該棒状部材がワツシヤを取付け
ようとする軸の先端中心部に当接可能であるとと
もに、該外筒部材がワツシヤを保持しつつ該軸の
外周に沿つて該停止手段によつて規定される移動
範囲だけ駆動され、 該駆動シリンダは弾性要素を介して該吸着ヘツ
ドと連結し、該弾性要素によつてワツシヤ取付時
の衝撃が吸収されるとともに該吸着ヘツドが該軸
の高低差に追従できるようにしたことを特徴とす
るワツシヤ取付装置。
