持枠、３はシリコンゴムシート拡散板、３′はア
クリル等拡散板、４は第１偏光板、４′は第２偏
光板、５はＰＬＺＴウエハ、６はＩＴＯフイルム
、７は透明シリコンゴムシートカラーフイルタ、
７′はガラスカラーフイルタ、８は制御回路部、
９は保持枠である。

Claims (1)
- 光源を均一にする乳白色シリコンゴムシートで
形成された拡散板と、偏光軸を規制する第１偏光
板と、電極が形成されたＰＬＺＴウエハと、電極
と外部制御回路部を接続する導電体を蒸着したＩ
ＴＯフイルムと、制御された光をカラー化するた
めの透明シリコンゴムシートで形成されたカラー
フイルタおよび第２偏光板を重ね合わせて構成し
たことを特徴とするＰＬＺＴ表示素子。
