凸金物からなる両ヒンジ用金物の内のいずれか一方を前
記柱嵌大穴の底面中央部分に固定するとともに、他方を

金物を嵌合させるようにしたことにより、垂直方向に立
てられたPC柱の下端は予め定められた水平方向の位置
に正確に位置決めされるとともに、PC柱はヒンジ用金
物を支点とした回動か容易となり、垂直方向の角度が立
