A shutter curtain in which a plurality of slats made of horizontally long thin plates that are gently curved in the short side direction and have interlock parts formed on the upper and lower long sides are sequentially connected so that each interlock part can be bent to form a shutter curtain. In this type of slat, each slat is shifted in the long side direction from each other at the interlock part, creating a step, and this step is used at the connection part between the guide rail and bracket and the latch part of the shutter lock when the shutter curtain is rolled up and lowered. In order to prevent the shutter curtain from getting caught and being damaged, conventionally, slits 10 are provided at both ends of the interlock part of each slat to prevent slippage, as shown in Figure 3. Now, lugs 11 as shown in Fig. 4 are riveted to both ends of each slat to cover the edges of the slats, so that even if the slats are shifted, the lugs will remain in place at the connection between the guide rail and the bracket or at the shutter lock. It is designed to go over the latch part to prevent it from getting caught.

However, the interlocking portion of the slat is often not caulked, and the riveting of the lugs involves riveting the lugs of a separate member by press molding, which raises the problem of increased product cost.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional situation, and its purpose is to eliminate the need for post-processing such as caulking work to prevent the slats from slipping from each other, and the attachment of separate parts such as lugs. To provide a slat for a shutter curtain which can prevent the slat from getting caught only by assembling an interlock part of the slat, and can greatly reduce assembly labor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a plurality of horizontally long thin plates that are gently curved in the short side direction and have interlock parts formed on the upper and lower long sides, and each interlock part is successively connected to the shaft. In the slats of the shutter curtain constituting the shutter curtain, the left and right short sides of the slats are slightly longer than the left and right ends of the interlock portion and project in an arc shape when viewed from the front, and the concave side of the arc-shaped projections has an appropriate height. The edge of the slat is integrally formed with the slat.

Therefore, in the slats of the shutter curtain according to the present invention, even if the slats shift from each other at the interlock portion, the arcuate upright edges at both the left and right ends of the slats come into contact with the bottom surface of the guide rail, and the slats do not shift significantly. However, since both ends of the shutter curtain are formed in a wavy shape with alternating arc-shaped protrusions and trough-shaped interlock ends, there is no step between the slats, and the slats are connected to the guide rail and bracket. This prevents the product from getting caught when passing through the connecting part or the latch part of the shutter lock. Furthermore, since no post-processing is required for the interlock portion and both left and right ends of the slat, assembly effort is greatly reduced.

Fig. 1 shows a partial front view of a shutter curtain constructed with the slats of the present invention, and Fig. 2 shows a partial side view of the shutter curtain. A shutter curtain surface 2 that is gently curved, and upper and lower interlock portions 3 whose upper and lower long sides are curled in opposite directions are formed, and the left and right short sides of the slat 1 are formed at the left and right ends of the interlock portion 3. The arc-shaped protrusion 4 is slightly longer and protrudes in an arc shape when viewed from the front, and an upright edge 5 of an appropriate height is formed on the concave side of the shutter curtain surface 2 in an upright manner. This raised edge 5 is formed integrally with the slat during press molding of the slat.

The interlock portions 3 of each slat 1 are successively inserted into the slats 1 to connect them vertically, and a seat plate 6 is attached to the lowermost portion of the slats 1 using the same interlock portions 3 to form a shutter curtain 7. Therefore, both ends of the shutter curtain 7 include the arc-shaped protrusion 4 and the valley-shaped end 3' of the interlock part 3.
It has an alternating wavy shape.

In the slats of the shutter curtain constructed as described above, since the interlock portion 3 is simply inserted, the slats 1 are displaced from each other. The part 5 contacts the bottom surface 8a of the guide rail 8 and does not shift significantly, and even if the slats 1 are slightly shifted from each other, both ends of the shutter curtain 7 are connected to the trough-shaped ends of the arc-shaped protrusion 4 and the interlock part 3. Since the portions 3' have an alternating wavy shape, there is no step between the slats, and when the slat 1 passes through the connection between the guide rail and the bracket or the latch portion of the shutter lock, the arcuate upright edge 5 is formed. You can get over it without getting caught.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, a plurality of slats made of horizontally long thin plates that are gently curved in the short side direction and have interlock portions formed on the top and bottom long sides,
In the slats of the shutter curtain that constitute a shutter curtain by sequentially connecting the interlock parts, the left and right short sides of the slats are slightly longer than the left and right ends of the interlock parts and protrude in an arc shape when viewed from the front. Since an edge of an appropriate height is integrally formed with the slat on the concave side of the protrusion, the shutter curtain can be connected to the guide rail and the bracket by the raised edges of the arcuate protrusion on both sides. This prevents the slat from getting caught when passing through the latch part of the shutter lock, and since no post-processing is required on the interlock part and both left and right ends of the slat, the time and effort required to assemble the shutter curtain is greatly reduced. This has the effect of achieving shortening time and lowering product costs.
