となる等、装置の大型化及び複雑化が生じてくる。更に
上記パック詰め機構以外に、豆腐を挟み移動させる機構
があるが、豆腐自体が非常に柔らかく、移動過程におい
て型くずれが生じる等の問題が多々あり、更に豆腐がズ
して、パック位置への案内移動の精度が低下する問題が
生じている。

う豆腐の分離移動方法を提供することを目的とするもの

ある。又従来のように案内用溝が必要とせず、装置自体
の小型化が可能となる等、種々の効果を奏するものであ
る。
