された被処理水中の溶存気体を脱気する膜脱気装
置とを備えた純水製造装置であつて、逆浸透装置
の濃縮水排水経路に逆浸透圧を与える絞り経路部
が備えられた水流ポンプが構成され、膜脱気装置
における脱気経路を絞り経路部を備えた水流ポン
プにおける吸引作用にて膜脱気装置の排気がなさ
れるように水流ポンプに連通させて成る純水製造
