- 緑色発光ダイオード等の少ない発光量を検出し
、電気信号に変えるフオトトランジスタ部と、こ
のフオトトランジスタ部で検出した電気信号を増
幅し、比較するアンプおよびこの比較結果を増幅
するパワートランジスタを備えたアンプ部とを一
体の小形化されたきよう体内に収容したことを特
徴とする光検出器。
