Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁物を介してその両側に電流ターミナルを
配置し、前記電流ターミナル間に超電導線の両端
部を接合して通電することにより、前記超電導線
の臨界電流値を測定するための試料ホルダにおい
て、前記絶縁物表面に前記超電導線を接合するた
めの金属部材の被覆層を設けたことを特徴とする
臨界電流測定用試料ホルダ。 ２ 金属部材の被覆層は、前記超電導線の軸方向
に複数に分割されてなる請求項１記載の臨界電流
測定用試料ホルダ。
