Claims (1)
する超仕上砥石において、前記砥粒を弾性被覆す
ると伴に、当該砥粒径の1/2〜3/4厚にメタル系の
結合剤層を形成し、さらに、当該砥粒系の残りの
1/4〜1/2厚に微細砥粒を含有するメタル層を形成
したことを特徴とする超仕上砥石。 (2) 前記砥粒は、微細砥粒を含む弾性結合剤に
より弾性被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項
