(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, when CRTs operate, they emit X-rays and electromagnetic waves from their screens, which affect the human body and cause eye strain, headaches, stiff shoulders, etc. It's summery. In addition, there are other causes of eye fatigue such as flickering of characters projected on a CRT screen, flickering of the screen itself, excessive brightness, display color, font size and font, environmental lighting, windows, etc. There are various factors that can be considered, including the appearance of the ceiling lights, the operating method, etc. For this reason, the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has issued recommendations and recommended guidelines for VDT work.
There is an urgent need to improve this.

(Function) Since acrylic resin films are integrally provided on both sides of the shielding net, which is made of metal-deposited polyester fibers, it has excellent overall flexibility.
Can be freely adapted to the curved shape of CRT screens. Also,
UV treatment on at least one of the films provides an excellent electromagnetic shielding effect, and satin finish reduces reflection of external light. Furthermore, since the ground wire is connected to the shielding net, electromagnetic waves and the like charged in the shielding net can be released.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a shielding net formed by knitting metal-deposited polyester fibers (conductive fibers) into a mesh shape. This shielding net 1 is a CRT screen (not shown)
It has a rectangular shape that adapts to the external shape of. Further, the mesh interval is suitably about 150 meshes to 200 meshes. Below 150 meshes, an interference pattern will appear and the electromagnetic shielding effect will decrease;
This is because the aperture ratio decreases and the CRT screen becomes too dark if it exceeds mesh size. 2 and 3 are acrylic resin films disposed in contact with both sides of the shielding net 1. The thickness of these films 2 and 3 is
A thickness of about 0.2 mm is suitable from the viewpoint of transparency. Also,
Although not shown, the surface of one of the films 2 and 3 has been subjected to UV treatment and satin finish treatment. Reference numeral 4 denotes a ground wire having a diameter of 2 to 3 mm and provided in contact with two adjacent side edges of the shielding net 1. This ground wire 4 is made of aluminum (Al), stainless steel (St), copper (Cu), or the like. Reference numeral 5 denotes a frame that covers the peripheral edges of the films 2 and 3. This frame 5 is, for example,
It is made of ABS resin, etc.

A suitable method for providing the films 2 and 3 on both sides of the shielding net 1 is to insert and extrude the shielding net 1 into an acrylic resin. However, in addition to this, there are also methods of pressing the three parts together with a pair of hot plates arranged above and below and thermally bonding them, and thermally bonding the shielding net 1 to one side of one film 2 (or 3). After that, it is possible to bond the thermally bonded film 2 (or 3) and another film 3 (or 2) in the same way, or to overlap the three as one body and directly extrude the sandwich. . In addition, in FIG. 2, films 2,
3 is shown attached, but when the films 2 and 3 are thermally bonded, the acrylic resin of the films 2 and 3 flows into the mesh of the shielding net 1.

In addition, as a method for applying UV treatment to the surface of film 2 (or 3), first, static electricity is removed from the surface of film 2 (or 3) and air is blown, then the surface is cleaned with a solvent, and then, Apply the coating agent to a film thickness of about 10μm,
After drying with infrared rays, it is cooled (UV curing). The coating agent is preferably an acrylic paint or a silicone paint, but may also be a melamine paint, a polyurethane paint, a fluorine paint, or the like.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the display shadow mask of the invention is one in which acrylic resin films are integrally provided on both sides of a shielding net made of metal-deposited polyester fibers knitted into a mesh shape. Therefore, it has excellent overall flexibility and can be bent freely according to the curved shape of the screen of the display device. In addition, at least one of the films has been UV treated, which provides excellent electromagnetic shielding effect.
In addition, by performing the satin finish treatment, reflection of external light can be suppressed to a minimum. Furthermore, since the ground wire is connected to the shielding net, electromagnetic waves etc. charged to the shielding net can be released, and the influence on the user's body and the degree of fatigue can be improved.
