Surface fasteners are widely used as members for joining fiber fabrics and other various articles. As an example, one side of the hook-and-loop fastener is attached to a predetermined position on the surface of the cushion body, and the other hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the back side of the skin material, and both hook-and-loop fasteners are engaged and bonded. Methods of fixing skin materials to cushion bodies are known. In this method, for attaching the hook-and-loop fastener to the surface of the cushion body, for example, (a) a sheet made of non-woven fabric or the like is attached to the back surface of the hook-like engagement element by an appropriate means to serve as an engagement member; A method of fixing and sealing the mold with an adhesive and then introducing a molding material into the mold and foaming it (see Utility Model Publication No. 184599/1983).
The entire hook-like engaging element of the hook-and-loop fastener (2) is covered with a film, and the engaging member comprising a thin metal sheet is attracted and fixed by a magnet provided in the mold, and then the molding material is introduced into the mold. A method is known in which the engaging member is foamed and integrally joined to the molded body (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 179003/1983).

Among the above-mentioned methods for attaching the hook-and-loop fastener to the cushion body, the method using adhesive in parentheses has the problem that fixing the hook-and-loop fastener in the mold is troublesome and it is difficult to adjust the attachment position. Ta. Furthermore, in the engaging member used in method (), the entire hook-like engaging element is covered with a film, which prevents the molding material from entering between the hook-like engaging elements during molding. Although the effect is excellent, it takes time and effort to remove the film covering the hook-like engagement element after the molded body is removed from the mold after molding, or the film that melts when the molding material foams. Even when used, there is a drawback that an undissolved film remains as a residue on the hook-like engaging element, reducing the engagement force.

To provide an engaging member in which there is no need to remove a film covering a hook-like engaging element, and there is no reduction in engaging force caused by residual substances remaining on the upper part of the hook-like engaging element after the film is dissolved. It is in.
