Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 給紙トレイを装置本体に対して転写紙の給紙
    方向に直交する方向に挿脱可能な画像形成装置に
    おいて、 前記給紙トレイのトレイ本体内に転写紙の後端
    の位置を規制するエンドフエンスと転写紙の両側
    端の位置を規制するサイドフエンスとをそれぞれ
    移動可能に設けると共に、そのトレイ本体の上部
    を覆うカバーを該トレイ本体に回動可能に取付け
    、 該カバーに、前記エンドフエンス及びサイドフ
    エンスをその一部を嵌入させることによつて前記
    トレイ本体内に収納する転写紙の後端と両側端の
    位置を規制する位置にそれぞれ位置決め係止する
    複数の嵌入溝を使用し得る転写紙の各サイズに対
    応させてそれぞれ形成したことを特徴とする画像
    形成装置。 ２ 請求項１記載の画像形成装置において、給紙
    トレイを挿着する装置本体のトレイ受入口を、前
    記給紙トレイのカバーが前記嵌入溝に前記エンド
    フエンス又はサイドフエンスの何れかが嵌入せず
    に不完全に閉じている状態ではその給紙トレイを
    挿着できない大きさにしたことを特徴とする画像
    形成装置。
