  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度センサ及び温調操作部を備え、便座ヒータ
    により便座を適温に暖める便座暖房装置と、適温
    に調温された水を導水通路を通じてノズルへと導
    き、該ノズルより人体局部に向けて噴出する局部
    洗浄装置とを設けた便器において、 前記導水通路上の所定の水の滞留部位に加熱ヒ
    ータを設けて加熱するようにし、且つ該加熱ヒー
    タを前記便座ヒータの温度調節回路に接続し、前
    記温調操作部の操作により該加熱ヒータの加熱温
    度を制御するように成したことを特徴とする局部
    洗浄装置付便器。
