Abstract

PURPOSE:To largely improve working efficiency by excavating first stage windows with equal intervals along a circumference of a tube body peripheral side, excavating first stage to n-th stage windows along an axial line and fixing a pit in each window. CONSTITUTION:Windows 2 on the first stage are excavated with equal intervals along a circumference of a tube 1 peripheral side while windows on the first to n-th stages are excavated along an axial line and a pit 3 is fixed in each window 2 to form an excavating head A. The windows 2 and the pits 3 are placed so that the pit 3 on the next stage may be sequentially exposed before the pit 3 on the previous stage is worn by excavation of the excavating head A. Thus operation can be continued without replacement of the excavating head A.

[Detailed description of the invention] I)...Technical field At present, excavators are used in underground boring, pile stopping, drilling for anchor bolt holes, boring for pipe holes for water, sewerage, electricity, gas, etc. A drilling head is attached to the rotating propulsion main shaft of the excavator, and as the excavation progresses, steel pipes or rods are connected one after another (the drilling head is attached to the first steel pipe or rod) to perform long-distance boring. However, the present invention relates to the configuration of a drilling head used for the above-mentioned boring.

■)...Prior art and its problems (1)...Conventionally, in boring work as described above, when drilling progresses by connecting steel pipes or rods one after another, the bit of the tip drilling head If the excavation efficiency decreases due to wear, or if it becomes impossible to excavate, remove the steel pipes or rods one by one while pulling them back from the position of the excavator, then pull them all back and replace the excavation head at the tip with a new one. After that, the steel pipes or mouths and throats were connected one by one and inserted back to the original cutting position, and cutting was finally restarted.

In addition, since the wear durability time of the bit varies depending on the soil and rock quality, proper management of the drilling head, such as understanding the wear state of the focus and deciding when to replace the drilling head, is always a heavy burden on workers. That's what it used to be.

(1)...That is, the present invention is a steel tube type excavation head that is set on the rotary propulsion main shaft of an excavator for boring. This is a drilling head for boring, in which holes are drilled at intervals, windows of the first to nth stages are bored at equal intervals in the axial direction, and a bit is fixedly installed in each window.

■) Actions and effects (1) When the drilling head of the present invention with the above configuration is attached to an excavator and boring is performed, when the first stage bit wears out, the second stage bit appears and excavates. When the second stage bit wears out, the third stage bit appears, and the next stage bits appear one after another up to the nth stage for drilling, so you can continue drilling long distances without replacing the drilling head. It can produce extremely excellent effects.
