Claims (1)
- 貫通孔を有する本体の下端面に凹部を形成し、
本体の下端面にその下端が本体の軸線と垂直とな
る環状の水平位置出し部材を設け、前記凹部上面
に本体と同軸上でかつ下端面が水平位置出し部材
の下端よりも突出するとともに同一水平方向な中
心位置出し部材を設けたことを特徴とする光学素
子の位置出し吸着装置。
