ある。 In addition, the latter type has excellent workability and productivity because all operations can be performed with a single lever operation, but since the transfer pad moves in an arc, it is difficult to press the transfer pad against the printing plate or substrate. It is pressed against these while shifting in the horizontal direction, and as a result, there is a drawback that high printing accuracy cannot be obtained.

After moving the transfer pad upward, if the slider is moved forward by operating the handle in the horizontal direction,
The transfer pad is located above the printing material, and
At this time, the ink plate whose movement trajectory is regulated by the first cam mechanism applies the ink stored in the ink tray to the printing plate. Next, when the handle is swung again to move the transfer pad downward, the pad is pressed against the printing material, and the pattern engraved on the printing plate is printed on the printing material. Become. Then, after moving the transfer pad up,
When the slider is moved back to its original position using the handle, the transfer pad is positioned above the printing plate again, and at this time, the doctor blade whose movement trajectory is regulated by the second cam mechanism is moved by the ink plate. This will scrape off any excess ink that has been applied to the printing plate. In this way, the preparation for the next step is completed, and by repeating the above operations while exchanging the printing substrates, a predetermined pattern is sequentially printed on each printing substrate.

At this time, assuming that ink has been applied to the printing plate 3 in the previous process and the excess ink has been scraped off, the ink held in the grooves of the printing plate 3 is removed by the grooves. The drawn pattern is transferred to the transfer pad 6 as it is. Then, after swinging the handle 20 upward to move the transfer pad 6 upward, the handle 20 is pulled forward to move the slider 9 in the direction a to the second position, and at this second position, If the transfer pad 6 is moved downward again by swinging the handle 20 downward, the transfer pad 6 will be pressed against the printing material X, since the printing material X is installed below it. As a result, the above pattern is printed on the printing material X. In that case, when the transfer pad 6 is moved down in the first and second positions, the roller 24 supported by the extension member 23 of the handle 20 presses the end surfaces 25b and 2 of the regulating plate 25.
5c, the pressing position of the transfer pad 6 against the printing plate 3 and the printing material X will not shift, and therefore the pattern will always be printed correctly at a predetermined position on the printing material X.

5A, the ink plate 7 applies ink onto the printing plate 3 for the next stroke. In other words, in the first position of the first cam mechanism 30, as shown by the symbol A in FIG. 5A, the first follower 34 attached directly to the ink plate support shafts 15, 15 via the support member 33 is rotated by the spring 1.
1. The ink plate 7 is positioned on the lower portion 311 of the cam surface 31a of the first plate cam 31 by the downward urging force of the ink tray 4 and the ink tray 4. As a result, the ink plate 7 is brought into contact with the first recess 4a in which the ink is stored, as shown by the solid line in FIG.
From this state, the first follower 34 and the second follower 36 abutting against the rear surface thereof move forward in accordance with the movement of the slider 9 in the direction a. Immediately after the start of the movement, the second follower 36 abuts against the rear end of the second plate cam 32 and is pulled by the spring 3 together with the arm 35.
Therefore, the second follower 36 is pushed backward against the second plate cam 37 as shown by the symbol B.
After the first follower 34 has climbed up onto the cam surface 32a of the second plate cam 31, the first follower 34 continues to roll along the cam surface 31a of the first plate cam 31. The first follower 34 then moves from the low portion 311 of the cam surface 31a through the inclined portion 312 and over the high portion 313 , and reaches the second position indicated by the symbol C.
As shown by the arrow A in FIG.
moves in the ink tray 4 along the same path as the first follower 34. As a result, the ink stored in the first recess 4a of the ink tray 4 is scooped up along the inclined portion 4c and applied to the printing plate 3 stored in the second recess 4b.
In this case, in the second cam mechanism 40, as shown by the symbol D in FIG. 7A, initially, in the first position, the first follower 45 is located on the high portion 411 of the cam surface 41a of the first plate cam 41.
Immediately after starting to move in the direction, the second follower 47, which is prevented from swinging backward by abutting against the front surface of the first follower 45 as shown by the symbol E, rides up from the inclined portion 431 of the cam surface 43a of the third plate cam 43 onto the high portion 432. Therefore, although the front portion of the first plate cam 41 is the inclined portion 412 which slopes downward, the support member 44, the blade support shafts 16, 16, and the doctor blade 8 do not move downward (the high portion 432 of the third plate cam 43 is the first
Since the plate cam 41 is slightly higher than the high portion 41 1 , the doctor blade 8 is moved slightly upward.
Then, as shown by the symbol F, the second position is
At the same time that the follower 47 drops off from the front end of the third plate cam 43, the first follower 45 moves onto the boundary between the high portion 421 and the inclined portion 422 of the cam surface 42a of the second plate cam 42.

When the transfer pad 6 is moved in the direction a and the work of pressing the transfer pad 6 against the printing material X at the second position is completed, the transfer pad 6 is moved upward, and then the slider 9 is moved to the b direction using the handle 20. At this time, the doctor blade 8 scrapes off the excess ink that has been applied to the printing plate 3 by the ink plate 7 and protrudes from the engraved grooves. Make a dropping motion.

By climbing onto the high part 41 1 from the inclined part 41 2 , the doctor blade 8 is moved upward and returned to the first position shown by the solid line in FIG. The second follower 47 contacts the front surface of the first follower 45 and returns to its original state. Incidentally, when the slider 9 moves in the direction b, in the first cam mechanism 30, the first follower 34 initially moves against the cam surface 3 of the first plate cam 31, as shown by the symbols R and N in FIG. 5B.
A second follower 36 is located on the high portion 31 3 in 1a and is prevented from swinging forward by the follower 34 when the first follower 34 rolls to the rear downward slope portion 31 2 . is the high portion 32 1 on the cam surface 32a of the second plate cam 32 2
Therefore, these followers 34, 36 or the ink plate 7 do not move downward. Then, when the second follower 36 returns to the first position, as shown by the symbol le, the second follower 36 falls off from the rear end of the second plate cam 32, and the first follower 34 falls off the lower part 31 of the first plate cam 31. 1
