(Prior Art) In general, as shown in FIG. 6, a loom is equipped with a warp thread T sent out from a warp beam 2 supported at the rear of a pair of left and right side frames 1 (on the right side of the figure), which is connected to a plurality of heald frames 3. The heald frame 3 is moved up and down by the drive mechanism 4 to open and close the warp, the weft is inserted into the warp opening by the weft insertion device 5, and the inserted weft is transferred to the locking shaft 6.
Then, a reed 9 mounted on a sleigh 8 supported through a slay sword 7 is used to beat the sleigh, and a woven fabric W is woven. Therefore, when operating the loom, the heald frame 3
Vertical vibrations occur due to the vertical movement of the sleigh 8, and longitudinal vibrations occur due to the beating motion caused by the swinging of the sleigh 8 in the front-back direction. This vibration becomes more intense as the speed of the loom increases. In order to prevent the deterioration of the working environment due to vibrations and the adverse effects on other equipment, when installing a loom, it is necessary to take care to prevent the vibrations of the loom from being directly transmitted to the floor surface.

Conventionally, there are some types of looms in which an elastic member for absorbing vibrations is interposed between the bottom surface of a side frame and a floor surface, and the loom is secured by tightening with bolts. In this case, vertical vibrations can be absorbed compared to those that are bolted directly to the floor surface, but the effect of absorbing longitudinal vibrations is small, and the impact on the installation members is also large. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 6, there is a hole 1 in the floor F.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-18937 discloses a pad in which an elastic material 15 such as rubber is tightly adhered to the inner surface of a curved plate 14 having a mounting bolt 13 and having a spring action. It has been proposed to tighten and fix the loom to the lower surface of the leg 16 of the loom with a nut 17.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when adopting the former method, the mass of the support plate 11 must be increased in order to reduce the excitation force on the installation part, that is, the floor surface F due to the vibration of the loom. This requires a large-scale installation work, including digging a hole 10 to accommodate the support board 11. In addition, the support plate 11 is attached to the spring 1
Since the structure is supported only by 2, it is possible to soften the transmission of vibration to the floor surface F, but it is not possible to attenuate the vibration itself. In addition, regardless of whether the former method or the latter method is adopted, the excitation force applied to the floor surface of the loom differs depending on the operating conditions of the loom. However, when using the conventional method, especially the latter pad, it is necessary to prepare a large number of different pads corresponding to the excitation force. There is an inconvenience that this is not the case.

Structure of the invention (means for solving the problem) In order to solve the above problem, in this invention, vibration isolators are provided at multiple locations on the floor surface on which the legs of the side frame of the loom are placed. The vibration isolating device houses individually formed vibration isolating units that can be detachably attached to the vibration isolating device and can be increased or decreased to a predetermined number corresponding to the excitation force of each leg, and the vibration isolating units are attached to the loom. It is composed of a spring that prevents vibrations from being transmitted from the side to the floor on which the loom is installed, and a vibration-preventing damper placed in the center of the spring.

(Function) Therefore, in this invention, the vibration isolating device that supports the legs of the loom has a predetermined number of vibration isolating units housed in the vibration isolating device in accordance with the excitation force of each leg. It is used in an increased or decreased state. Therefore, the vibration isolating effect of the vibration isolator is maximized depending on the operating conditions of the loom. In addition, each vibration isolation unit is a combination of a spring and a damper, so the spring prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the floor surface, and the damper acts to dampen vibrations. Anti-vibration action is performed.

(Example) Examples 1 to 4 that embody this idea are described below.
This will be explained according to the diagram. As shown in FIG. 1, the loom is fixedly supported on a vibration isolator 18 at four locations on the leg portions 1a of the side frame 1. Second,
As shown in FIG.
9 and a bottom plate 20.
A flange portion 21a formed at the upper end of the guide rod 21 prevents it from being removed from the guide rod 21. A bolt 22 for fixing the vibration isolator 18 to the leg portion 1a of the side frame 1 projects from the center of the upper plate 19. A predetermined number of vibration isolating units 23 (five in this embodiment) corresponding to the excitation force of the legs are removably housed between the top plate 19 and the bottom plate 20. The vibration isolating unit 23 has a spring 26 between a pair of upper and lower spring retainers 24 and a spring receiver 25.

is installed. As the damper 27, a rubber damper, a silicone oil damper, an air damper, or a damper made of a large number of metal wires 28 as shown in FIG. 4 is used.

Next, the operation of the vibration isolator configured as described above will be explained. Now, when using the vibration isolator of this invention, the bottom surface 4 of the leg portion 1a of the side frame 1
The vibration isolator 18 is fixed at the location with bolts 22. Then, a number of vibration isolating units 23 suitable for the excitation force generated in each leg depending on the operating conditions of the loom are installed on the upper plate 1.
9 and the bottom plate 20. Anti-vibration unit 23
Since the vibration isolating unit 23 is simply sandwiched between the top plate 19 and the bottom plate 20, the vibration isolating unit 23 can be attached and detached very easily while the loom is supported by a jack or the like.

The number of vibration isolation units 2 corresponds to the excitation force of each leg.
3 accommodated in the vibration isolator 18, vibrations generated by the operation of each drive mechanism are transmitted from the leg portions 1a to the vibration isolator 18. Since the vibration isolating unit 23 of the vibration isolating device 18 is constituted by a combination of a spring 26 and a damper 27, vibrations applied to the upper plate 19 are absorbed by the spring 26.
The transmission to the floor surface F is prevented, and the damper 27
vibrations are damped. That is, the damper 27
damps vibrations, so even if the loom is operated for a long time, the vibration isolator 18 is reliably prevented from reducing resonance, and the synergistic effect with the spring 26 effectively reduces vibration transmission to the floor F. let
When using an oil damper as the damper 27,
The temperature of the oil increases when the loom is operated for a long time, but if silicone oil is used as the oil, it can be used for long periods of time.

Effects of the invention As detailed above, according to this invention, the number of vibration isolating units housed in the vibration isolating device that supports the legs of the side frame of the loom is reduced to a number corresponding to the excitation force of each leg. Since it can be increased or decreased, the vibration isolator can perform under optimal conditions depending on the operating conditions of the loom. Furthermore, since each vibration isolating unit is constituted by a combination of a spring and a damper, the prevention of vibration transmission by the spring and the damping action of the vibration by the damper combine to provide effective vibration isolation.
In addition, only one type of vibration isolation unit of the same standard is required to be formed individually, which makes forming the unit easy and requires less installation work than the method of digging a hole in the floor and installing the loom. It has an excellent effect of being easy and inexpensive.
