  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 可撓性回転筒とウエーブジエネレータとサー
    キユラスプラインとよりなるハーモニツク減速機
    と、前記ウエーブジエネレータを回転駆動するモ
    ータ軸を有し永久磁石よりなる回転子と回転磁界
    を発生する巻線を備えた固定子とよりなるモータ
    と、前記モータ軸上に固定した回転部と固定部と
    よりなる回転検出器とを備え、前記可撓性回転筒
    の円筒部を前記固定子と前記回転子との間の空隙
    の中に配置したサーボアクチユエータにおて、 前記固定子を内周に固定したリング状のフレー
    ムと、 前記フレームに固定されたブラケツトと、 前記可撓性回転筒の円筒部の一方端に外径方向
    に広がるフランジ部とを設け、 前記フランジ部を前記フレームに固定したこと
    を特徴とするサーボアクチユエータ。 ２ 前記ブラケツトの内側軸方向に突出し、前記
    永久磁石を支持するカツプ状の回転ヨークの内側
    に配置されたハウジングを設け、 前記回転検出器の固定部を前記ハウジングの内
