縁された圧電素子の出力側に整流平滑回路を接続
することを特徴とする圧電素子を用いたスイツチ

2の複合圧電素子を絶縁材料の小片を間に挟んで
前記積層した方向にさらに積層した状態で接合し
て構成した四端子の圧電素子であることを特徴と
する請求項1記載の圧電素子を用いたスイツチン
