ソレノイドと、該ソレノイドの励磁にて前記搬送
通路外に逃がれ消磁にて搬送通路内へ突出する阻
止部材と、前記ソレノイドの消磁後の阻止部材の
搬送通路内への出没を検知する検知器とを備え、
前記阻止部材は複数個所で搬送通路内へ突出し、
さらに前記搬送装置の前端延長線上にてそれぞれ
該前端に近接対応して搬送通路内へ出没するよう

いる。7は挿入口3から挿入された紙幣を検知す
ると搬送装置5を動作させ、紙幣を取込み搬送さ
せる光学式の検知器であり、挿入口3近傍にて搬
送通路4を挟んで上下に対向設置している。

プランジヤ8A下部の阻止部材9と同様に動作し
て搬送通路4内へ出没するようになつている。し

搬送通路4内上面に開口する孔11内へ没入位置
され、また、ソレノイド8が消磁すると自重によ
つて下端を搬送通路4内下面に開口する孔10内

正紙幣として紙葉類識別装置1後部に設置した収
納庫14へ搬送収納し、また阻止部材9の下端が
紙幣の後端に貼付けたテープ等によつて孔10内
へ挿入されない状態であると、前記識別装置6に
よる真正判定を取消して識別中止状態、あるいは
搬送装置5を反転させて返却動作を行なうように
なつている。
