Claims (1)
- レーザ発振器から発振された断面形が楕円形の
レーザビームを、光学系を介して目的物に照射す
るようにしたレーザビーム照射装置において、前
記光学系におけるレーザビームの光軸上に、光学
系に入射したレーザビームの断面の楕円形の長軸
又は短軸方向の寸法のみを、目的物の照射部分に
おいて短軸又は長軸方向の寸法に近似するように
変化させる手段を設けたことを特徴とする、レー
ザビーム照射装置におけるビーム形状修整装置。
