To solder each wire g of the cable to ..., as shown in Fig. 8, wrap the exposed conductor part of the wire g about 2 to 3 times around the notch f of the terminal c, and then Solder was placed on h and the winding portion h and terminal c were soldered. Also, as mentioned above,
If the terminals in the two rows on the left side are used to connect the main cable d, and the terminals in the two rows on the right side are used to connect the branch cable e, then for the branching, a terminal for the main cable and a terminal for the branch cable are used. It is necessary to electrically connect the two, and for such a connection, for example, the inner terminals are connected to each other and the outer terminals are connected to each other by soldering with conductive connecting wires in the same manner as described above. .

In other words, the winding and soldering work of the exposed conductor parts of each wire of the main cable and each wire of the branch cable, as well as the exposed conductor part of the crossover wire, is performed on a terminal in which a large number of terminals are arranged side by side at small intervals. It was necessary to do this one by one in the narrow space between the terminals on the board. Therefore, not only does the work require considerable skill, but
There was a problem that the workability was extremely poor, such as that it took a considerable amount of time to complete the work. In particular, the above-mentioned problem becomes even more serious when the work is performed in an unstable position at a height above a utility pole.

is melted by heating the outer surface of the solder accommodating part 5 with a heating tool such as a torch, and then the exposed conductor part 3 is gently inserted into the solder accommodating part 5 and waiting for the solder to solidify. . If it becomes necessary to change the connection position of the electric wire, heat the connection part with a torch or the like to melt the solder, then gently pull out the exposed conductor part 3 from the solder storage part 5, and then reassemble it as required in the same manner as above. Just change the connection to the terminal.

なる。 For example, two sets of terminal members each consisting of two terminal members 1 having the above configuration are held on an insulating terminal holder 13 to form a terminal holder 15 as shown in FIG. do. The terminal holding stand 13
is constructed by combining a pair of synthetic resin split pieces 16a and 16b of the same shape in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the split piece has a stepped portion extending in the vertical direction, which is formed by connecting a large-diameter upper hole 17 with a small-diameter lower hole 20 via a stepped portion 19, at both ends thereof. An annular protrusion 22 (having a through hole concentric with and having the same diameter as the lower hole 20) that can fit into the upper hole 17 is provided at both ends of the lower surface thereof.
22 is provided protrudingly. Continuous rectangular grooves 23 and 25 that open upward and downward are provided on the front and back surfaces of the stepped holes 21 and 21 in an opposing state, and the upper groove 23 or the lower groove Opposed groove walls 26,2 in 25
On the upper or lower surface portions of 7, 26, 27, semicircular arc-shaped notches 29, 29 for fitting the terminal member central portion are provided for fixing the terminal member 1 so as to extend in the width direction of the split piece 16. are arranged in four vertically symmetrical rows at intervals. The opposing outer surfaces 30, 30 of the split piece 16 are formed by fitting the inner surfaces 30, 30 of the both flanges 7, 7 of the terminal member 1 into the notches 29, 29 by fitting both sides of the central portion of the terminal member 1 into the notches 29, 29. ,3
It can come into contact with 1. To form the terminal holder 15, the terminal member 1 is fitted into each of the notches 29, 29, . . . provided on the upper surface of one of the split pieces 16a. Terminal member 1 at the center of terminal members 1a and 1b and inside each other
The central portions of wires c and 1d are connected in advance by conductive crossover wires 32 and 32. Note that when connecting the terminal members 1 and 1 with each other by the crossover wire 32, the exposed conductor portion of the crossover wire 32 is connected to the terminal member 1.
After the exposed conductor portion is inserted into the through hole 12 provided in the center of the terminal member 1, the exposed conductor portion is wound around the terminal member 1, and the wrapped portion 33 is soldered. In this state, the other split piece 16b is connected to the annular projections 22, 22 at both ends thereof and the upper holes 17, 17 of the split piece 16a.
When both the split pieces 16a, 16b are integrated by fitting them together, each terminal member 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d becomes
It is held by the terminal holding base 13 as if being sandwiched between the split pieces 16a, 16b while being inserted through the circular hole formed by the opposing notches 29, 29,
Moreover, the engagement between the flange portion 7 and the split piece side surface 30 ensures that the position is fixed. The crossover wires 32, 32 are housed in a cavity 35 formed by combining the two split pieces 16a, 16b.

By simply heating the solder accommodating part of the terminal member from the outside with a heating tool such as a torch to melt the stored solder, and then inserting the exposed conductor part of the electric wire into the solder accommodating part, the solder can solidify and melt the solder. The exposed conductor portion will automatically be reliably soldered to the terminal (the end portion of the terminal member). On the other hand, by heating the wire connection part and melting the solder, the exposed conductor part can be easily removed, so even if it becomes necessary to change the connection position of the wire in the future, the repositioning work can be easily done. It is extremely easy to do.

業を一層容易なものとする。 Then, the terminal member for connecting the electric wire of the trunk cable and the terminal member for connecting the electric wire of the branch cable are connected by a conductive crossover wire that fits in the cavity formed by combining the split pieces. Therefore, (by incorporating the crossover wire into the terminal holder), there is no need to connect the terminal members to each other using crossover wires on the surface of the terminal board as in the past, which improves work efficiency and reduces the work involved in connecting wires. To further facilitate the work of relocating wire connections.

When carrying out the soldering work and the subsequent soldering work, the wires running over the surface of the terminal board got in the way, which not only made the work extremely difficult, but also made it difficult to securely wrap exposed conductor parts. This required a lot of skill.

る。 For this reason, even if a large number of terminals are arranged side by side at small intervals on the terminal board surface, the wiring on the terminal board surface is simpler than in the conventional case. By comparing the wiring state shown in the figure with the wiring state shown in FIG. 8 in a conventional terminal board, wire connection work and wire connection position changing work can be performed very efficiently. Further, unlike the conventional method, no skill is required for winding the electric wires, so even a non-specialist can easily perform the wire connection work reliably. In addition, even if work is forced to be done in an unstable position at heights, such as when the terminal board is installed high up on a telephone pole, the work can be completed safely and in a short time. It will be done.
