Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中しん紙のロール体および裏ライナ紙のロ
ール体を支持する２台のミルロールスタンドと、
そのミルロールスタンドから引き出される中しん
紙を段ぐりして段頂に糊付けし、その中しん紙に
裏ライナ紙を貼合わせて片面段ボールを形成する
シングルフエーサとから成る２機のシート製造機
を上下に立体配置し、上段のシート製造機の下流
側に表ライナ紙のロール体を支持する２台のミル
ロールスタンドを設け、そのミルロールスタンド
の下流側と下段シート製造機の下流側とに片面段
ボールの中しん紙段頂に糊を付ける一対のグルー
マシンを上下に設け、そのグルーマシンの下流側
に熱盤の上下に一対のベルトコンベヤを設けたダ
ブルフエーサと、上下に配置された一対のスリツ
タ・スコアラおよび同じく上下に配置された一対
のロータリカツタを順に設けたコルゲータ。 (2) 請求項(1)に記載のコルゲータにおいて、上
段シート製造機の表ライナ紙を支持する２台のミ
ルロールスタンドの一方を下段シート製造機の上
流側に設けたことを特徴とするコルゲータ。
