で加熱する電気ヒータを備え、電気ヒータをフイ
ルタの長さ方向で複数個に分割すると共に、フイ
ルタ全体を予備加熱した後に下流側から順次、さ
らに昇温させるように電気ヒータの各部の作動を
制御するヒータ制御手段を設けたことを特徴とす
